“When we listen to music, observe someone playing a musical instrument or remember a theme that marked us in our teenage years, the whole body vibrates and this vibration gives an immediate well-being sensation, the brain triggers the release of endorphin and oxytocin that circulate in the blood stream, reducing anxiety and balancing the emotional state. Music is part of our lives.
In adulthood, we have a need to listen to music to accompany us on our daily journey, to Increase the intensity of a physical workout, to remember someone who was once an important in our life or simply to relax with friends on a trip to a show. Music completes us.”
